5 indoor climbing gyms in Hong Kong to release your inner monkey

Hong Kong has no shortage of vertiginous walls, but there’s only a few you can actually climb. For those blessed with upper body strength and immunity to vertigo, here are some of the top bouldering and climbing gyms in Hong Kong for you to play out your Assassin’s Creed/Deadpool fantasies.

ATTIC V is currently the only bouldering gym on Hong Kong Island, which is great for all the people who are enclosed in its bubble and reluctant to leave it. The gym has over 100 routes that are constantly changing and is run by a couple who have climbed all over the world together (awwwww). They offer courses for both beginners and intermediate climbers.

It has over 100 routes for both bouldering and climbing, all designed by a qualified route-setter, so chances are you won’t conquer them in one session unless a radioactive spider has bitten you. GoNature also has courses for both adults and children at any level of experience so if you’d like to see your child fall from height under supervision, this could be the place to get started.
