Officers received a police report on Wednesday, and after a preliminary investigation, police found that the incident took place in the podium area of the Tin Shui Shopping Centre at 10pm on January 11, and that the victims of the bullying were two teenage boys surnamed Lee and Law, aged 16 and 15.

They arrested four teenage boys aged 13 to 16 in the early hours of this morning on suspicion of common assault and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

News outlet HK01 tracked down a teenager purporting to be the victim seen in the video, who said in an interview that he hadn’t reported the incident to police because he wasn’t injured.

Sing Tao reports that anti-triad police are investigating further.
