Two men are in police custody after allegedly raping one of their estranged wives yesterday morning in Hong Kong’s Sha Tin district.

The 43-year-old victim filed a police report that same afternoon, saying her husband had showed up with a friend at her home at Lung Hang Estate in the morning. The men then allegedly raped her and took photos of her naked, according to Headline Daily.

The couple had reportedly lived together in the flat before the 59-year-old husband, surnamed Chan, moved out recently.

It was not the first time he had been back since the estrangement. Headline Daily reported that he was last there on Sunday, when he was rejected in a bid for reconciliation.

Police arrested Chan and a 56-year-old friend, surnamed Kung, who is reportedly a taxi driver. Both of them denied the accusation, saying the woman had sex with them voluntarily. An investigation is ongoing.
