An 18-year-old boy is being charged for indecent assault and unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.
The Kwun Tong courts heard today that the 18-year-old allegedly between Mar. to May, 2011 sexually assaulted his then only 10-year-old cousin at her home.
It was not until Feb. 2014 that the cousin revealed what had happened to her mother, who then reported the incident to the police.
As the prosecution needs to get more statements from the victim, the case has been adjourned to Jul. 21, 2014, reports the RTHK.
