A 15-year-old boy has been sentenced to three months in a correctional facility for sexually molesting a 12-year-old girl.
In March this year, the 15-year-old forced a 12-year-old girl into his home, kept her hostage, tied and beat her up as well as sexually molested her. He also forced her to perform oral sex on him and took pictures of her in the act.
When he was done he stuffed the young girl into a large red, white and blue recycling bag to sneak her out of the house, to avoid getting caught by his mother, but as she was too heavy, he kept her in the house until his mother fell asleep.
Apple Media reports, the boy managed to successfully get the girl out of the house but was caught by police at the stairwell and consequently charged for five counts of sexual assault.
The Kowloon City courts heard psychiatric reports claim the boy did not show any sympathy or remorse for his acts and his adverse personality poses a significant threat to the public. He was sentenced to three months in a correctional facility.
