A 12-year-old boy has been accused of molesting his three-year-old cousin, who temporarily stays at his home in the Kwai Chung area. The preschooler did not tell her parents about the incident until they took her home for the weekend.
She told her mother that she was itchy in her lower parts, and revealed that her cousin had been touching her. Her parents reported the incident to the police and are awaiting a medical report and psychologist’s report. No arrests have been made so far.
The three-year-old stays with her uncle during the week because both her parents work, according to Apple Daily.
