This video, posted to YouTube yesterday by MMM Production, features footage from the scarily violent clashes in Mong Kok as police officers and bailiffs tried to clear Argyle Street on Tuesday night.
It appears more like an extended movie trailer – rather than a record of the sad reality of what’s going on in the streets of Hong Kong.
The events shown are painful to watch, but the short, goosebump-inducing film has to be seen, with its juxtaposition of the calm but foreboding music against the shouts of the police and the protesters resulting in a chilling effect.
