The Magic Kingdom is coming to a screen near you—Disney+ will be launching in Hong Kong in November, part of its expansion in Asia as streaming services continue riding a wave of pandemic-induced popularity.

Disney+ announced last Thursday that the service will debut in Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea later this year, making available TV shows and movies from Pixar, Marvel, National Geographic and other entertainment companies.

The streaming service is currently available in parts of the Asia Pacific including Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

“We are pleased with the subscriber growth and partnerships forged in markets, and look forward to engaging with more consumers across the region – through unparalleled storytelling, creative excellence and cutting-edge content delivery,” said Luke Kang, President of Walt Disney Company Asia Pacific.

Disney+, which launched in Nov. 2019, is home to favorites including Marvel Studios’ “WandaVision,” Broadway hit musical “Hamilton,” animated sitcom “The Simpsons” and more.

With over 103 million subscribers worldwide, Disney+ is the third most subscribed video streaming service, just behind Amazon Prime Video and Netflix.
