Can you name the tallest peak in Hong Kong as well as identify the capital of the Comoros? Usually knowledge of these facts is completely useless, but on Sept. 11, your geography trivia will be highly applauded at the annual Royal Geographical Society Quiz Evening.
Those daring to sign up will be asked a series of questions within the themes of geography and exploration, and of course thrown a few curve balls in the miscellaneous rounds.
So study the globe and everything about it, (it’s a small world after all, right?) because there are plenty of (undisclosed) prizes to be won.
Come along by yourself (loser!), in a small team, or book a table of 10-12. Tickets come at HKD500 per person for members and HKD600 for guests, which includes a five-course buffet dinner and plenty of wine.
Maybe the dinner will be a geographical-themed culinary exploration too. The world is your oyster!
