If you support the Hong Kong indie music scene in any way, make sure to check out a truly top-notch local band, The Yours, next Saturday the 19th, when they’re having a release party for their sophomore album, Teenagarten.
Teenagarten (an amalgamation of teenage + kindergarten) is the much anticipated follow-up to their LP The Way We Were (2012), the sunny indie pop album that won The Yours fans in Hong Kong and abroad. As suggested by the title, while still staying in their ‘teenage music’ niche, their sound has evolved into something a little darker and spikier, and decidedly more grown up.

The party will be taking place at the legendary underground venue Hidden Agenda in Kwun Tong, with tickets available for HKD $180 at the door on a first-come-first-served basis.
