For every aspiring “It” girl (or boy) looking to inject a little je ne sais quoi into their life, a brand-new Parisian concept store may just help you achieve that long-coveted #iwokeuplikethis aesthetic that no-one but the French can truly muster.
Chateau Zoobeetle, due to open on Thursday, March 19, is set to bring us a beat of authentic Parisian heart, slap-bang in the middle of Sheung Wan.
Like there aren’t enough French people there already! Jokes.
Founded by Junior Parado and sisters Elsa Lepeu and Johanna El Iman, the store’s eclectic inventory will be refreshed seasonally with the founders’ finds from their extensive travels around the world.
So it won’t ALL be French… but it’ll have that pomp about it all the same.
The boutique promises a polished collection of fashion, food, wine and music in an uber chic, French apartment-esque interior, complete with modern art and photography.
Basically, it’s a space that has everything you need to feel très cool.
The boutique will also feature the exclusive in-house leather goods line Zoobeetle Paris.
Designed by Lepeu, a former accessories designer at Chloé (no less), and developed by El Iman, the line embodies the Parisian aesthetic: incredibly practical, effortlessly elegant, of the highest quality, and no doubt extremely expensive.
