Coconuts Colloquiums is our new event series — the idea simply being: We want to jazz up the format of your typical after-work forum and Happy Hour, put a little of that Coconuts flavor to your post- nine-to-five.
One part powwow (some call this a “panel”), one part mixer-mingler thingy, booze for miles, and that secret sauce that strikes the balance of entertainment and insight. Hopefully, you’ll leave our sessions a little bit more enlightened and a lot more inebriated. Ah, and prizes. We’ve got those, too.
This next edition brings together a panel of well-known personalities from Hong Kong’s dining scene to discuss the following topic:
From star-chasing chefs to food as photo-ops — what happens when we give “Best Of” rankings too much clout? We discuss the good, the bad, and all the dirty deets in between.
