Shot by Raffaele Mosca who was, “Killing some time while hiding from a thunderstorm in Causeway Bay” recently, the sleepy and serene short shows neon signs blurred by the downpour, locals sheltering in doorways, and those ever-nostalgic misted up noodle shop windows we’ve all come to love.
