With the weather getting (relatively) cooler in Hong Kong, people will increasingly be looking for fun ways to take in some fresh air and enjoy the city’s beautiful skyline. Next month, The Grounds will give you ample opportunities to do just that.

Back for a second season starting Oct. 13 at the AIA Vitality Park at Central Harbourfront, The Grounds, which describes itself as “Hong Kong’s ultimate socially distanced entertainment experience”, is offering a fun-filled series of activities, including movie nights under the stars, food, kids entertainment, wellness and fitness sessions, and more.

The venue will feature an enormous LED screen and a state-of-the-art sound system.

And you can enjoy these activities in your private pod. There are three different options, including the original Classic Pods, which include four deck chairs, Prime Pods, featuring sofa-style chairs in prime viewing locations, and Luxe Pods, which come complete with a mix of luxurious chairs and sofas, a bottle of champagne or premium wine on arrival, and are located in the best viewing locations.

Guests can order food from the comfort of their private pod through a seamless mobile ordering system. The food will be provided by premium food hall BaseHall and includes signature dishes by vendors such as FRANCIS, Return of Lemak, Bengal Brothers and Benko by Nüte. There will also be a bar featuring cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, juice and other drinks.

There are also activities including outdoor yoga, wellness sessions by lululemon, sustainable wellbeing sessions by Rituals, and a wide range of movies for the little ones.

Tickets go on sale on Thursday at www.zicket.co/organisers/the-grounds, while Visa cardholders will enjoy a 48-hour priority booking period from 12pm today. The schedule of events is available on their website (www.thegroundshk.com) and social media channels @TheGroundsHK.
