There’s absolutely nothing good about poverty, homelessness and substance abuse, other than the fact that all three are part of the story behind one of America’s hottest rock bands, The Used.
Having struggled through the above in their straitlaced hometown of Orem, Utah , the four members of the band have transformed their frustrations into energy onstage and in the studio.
Since 2002, their screamo/post-hardcore rock records have sold millions of copies worldwide, and shimmied in at number six on the Billboard Top 200 charts.
Thanks to Hidden Agenda, Hongkongers will have a chance to rock out with this extraordinary band for one night only on Monday, August 10, at the Kowloon International Trade and Exhibition Centre, as part of their international tour.
You’re bound to be washed away with all the feels as the band belts out their oft-emotional melodies, so prepare yourself in advance by checking out one of their very first hit singles, “The Taste of Ink”:
