This innovative art workshop promises to provide participants with a unique creative opportunity with the caveat that you’re not allowed to talk about it. Really, they’re not kidding. Upon entering the workshop, participants will sign a legally binding “Participation and Confidentiality Agreement” in order to enter the space.
According to their press release, the duo behind the work shop, Geoff Lowe and Jacqueline Riva, aim to create an experience that will allow “viewers to find relief from the responsibility of having to discuss what they experience, to not-say if they don’t yet know or maybe will never fully understand about the art work.” So whether happy or sad, good or bad, only you will be able to gauge this art exhibition is. Don’t worry, we won’t ask.
Opening reception: Friday, Nov. 1, 6-9pm
Ongoing exhibition: Nov. 2 to Dec. 15, Tues-Sun, 12:00-6:00pm

Globetrotting comedian Tom Rhodes will be making a stop in Hong Kong on Saturday. As much a comedian as he is a traveller, Rhodes has starred on network television shows in the U.S., writes for the Huffington Post and produces his own podcast. The New York Times describes Rhodes as “a mostly natural intellect with a knack for reporting the harsh realities of life with a dark and absurdly optimistic cynicism.” Dark, funny and well travelled, sounds good.
