Nothing says “Welcome to Hong Kong” like a party encompassing all the things you’ve left behind in your home country in a venue themed on your home country.
That’s why the good folks at Rummin’ Tings is to host the Guyana Rugby 7s team on Wednesday, their first night in the Fragrant Harbour before Hong Kong’s most anticipated sporting tournament.
Here’s your chance to touch their biceps and pick their brains on what to do when huge people run at you super fast, while you can proffer your suggestions on which dim sum places are best for pre-match carb loading.
DJ Noel will be providing the beats for the night, which conveniently doubles as Ladies’ Night. Free soca shots, buy-one-get-one-free cocktails and big men, ladies? Pretty sure we had you at “big men”.
Tickets are HKD200 per head and include Caribbean canapés, Red Stripe Beer and Eldorado Rum cocktails.
Capacity is capped at around 70 people, so get in there quick to guarantee a spot.
