Although we may pretend to dismiss showy bartenders as twats, we’re all secretly mesmerised and uber impressed when they start throwing and catching maraschino cherries behind their backs and rolling multiple shakers up and down their perfectly sculpted, tattooed arms.

The teams of three tenders (made up of a mixture of Hong Kong’s hottest mixologists) will clash tiny umbrellas in the fight to be crowned Bartenders of the Month.
