From Michelin-starred restaurants to comfort bites, here are some new menus and offers in Hong Kong.
Little Bao
Little Bao has just launched new weekday set lunch menus, featuring both signatures and brand new items.
The 48-hour Chicken Rice Combo (HK$158 per person) features a boneless three-yellow chicken thigh that is marinated for 24 hours in a special brine, hung dry for another 24 hours to help the skin crisp, and slow-cooked and broiled to perfection.
Brushed with a teriyaki glaze to bring out its natural juiciness, the chicken goes well with the bowl of Japanese koshihikari rice.
The set also comes with a Mini Pork Belly Bao and Mini LB Caesar.
The Flying Solo menu for one (HK$158 per person) includes one of Little Bao’s signature shares as a starter and one main.
Among the new dishes is The Chicken Royale — an entire three-yellow chicken bone-in leg brined and cooked sous-vide for ultimate succulence, and laid on top a soft bed of mash.
It also features a shiitake soy jus carefully spooned over the dish.
Diners can add an Ice Cream Bao and beverage at a small cost.
Those dining with friends or a bigger group can order from the Happy 2gether menu for two (HK$168 per person), which includes a more extensive selection of Little Bao’s signature items and bites.
Foodies can share the signature Brussels Sprouts and Truffle Fries, and choose two bites, two savory signature Baos and two Ice Cream Baos.
Again, there is the option of adding a beverage at a small cost.
