Cansei de Ser Sexy, the Brazilian electro-rock band best known for their 2007 hit ‘Music is my Hot Hot Sex’, are making their Hong Kong debut at KITEC later this month. CSS gained mainstream popularity as part of the nu-rave scene in 2006, along with other indie-electro bands such as The Klaxons and New Young Pony Club. After their smash debut, CSS has continued to steadily put out infectious synthpop music and the release of their most recent album Planta sees them bringing their distinctively spiky dance-punk brand to Hong Kong.
