Behind Baking Maniac is a pair of self-taught bakers based in Hong Kong. Standing by their mantra that better ingredients make better cake, they create made-to-order (and very photogenic) cakes and cupcakes using only the finest, organic ingredients sourced from all over the world. Mom and Son duo Ankrish and Renuka are passionate about what they do, creating edible art for all occasions. They love seeing their desserts be a part of your memories. Under the guidance of his mother (who also picked up baking as a child), Ankrish has been baking since he could hold a mixer. At the tender age of 12, he scored his first commercial order for a Christmas party and his passion for baking has not waned since. Now an established business, they have an impressive portfolio that boasts high-profile corporate and private clients.
