Souls of Hong Kong: Britney, George, and Isabel at the Amphitheatre in Sha Tin

SOULS OF HONG KONG – Britney, George, and Isabel were photographed at the Amphitheatre in Sha Tin, New Territories. The three of them are high school classmates.

When asked about their most unforgettable experience at school, “We have something called CAS (Creativity, Action, and Service) week at our school. Every October we get about a week off classes to travel and learn about other places and cultures or to participate in events to give back to the community.” George said “Britney and I went to Jordan for ten days and Isabel went to Britain. We visited the Dead Sea and Petra – which are amazing places in Jordan. Best of all was we got the chance to travel with our friends in our class, it’s definitely an experience we’ll cherish and remember forever.”

Souls of Hong Kong is a new Coconuts series of street portrait photography inspired by Brandon Stanton’s Humans of New York. Every human has a story to tell, and we intend to share some from the millions of souls who call Hong Kong home.
