‘Your children are not cute’ fights back against kid tyranny

To members of this growing community, children are tiny evils sent to annoy the hell out of them and look for every chance sabotage their day. They thrive by living in a world that allows them to just get away with murder. Just fail to smile at one who seizes eye contact? You’re automatically a heartless horror, an enemy to society.

The new online community “Your children are not cute to us” has gained more than 50,000 likes since it was opened last week to provide a forum for grown humans to open up and share the horrible incidents and stories of how they were victimized by children, or worse, their ignorant parents.

User Kao Tu told a story of how one mini-monster spoiled his family’s seafood lunch at the beach.

“A kid, about 3 or 4 years old, starts digging in the sand near our rented table, and suddenly splashed tons of sands onto our food,” Kao Tu wrote. “The mommy just apologized. I asked her how she would take responsibility, but she just kept saying she was sorry and took her toddler away.”

Songyong described when she was the victim of what came of some careless breeders’ loins. It’s a story familiar to many women.

“I was trying on pants in the Uniqlo fitting room, and when I heard some children say they were going to play hide and seek, I thought to myself ‘Bad things are gonna happen,’” she wrote. “Suddenly, the kid opened the curtain of my fitting room. I screamed loudly, but when I got out, their guardian just apologized saying children just ‘don’t know better.’”

The forum has also attracted some former kid lovers who changed their minds about the ill-mannered pests, such as Psy Sukkairat.

“I was lining up to get a coffee, and I saw the coffee shop owner’s 5-year-old boy and smiled at him. His response was ‘What the fuck are you looking at? I’m gonna get you!’ I was so angry I laughed.”
