You can believe your eyes, the navy admitted this afternoon: Recruits at a naval facility in Chonburi province were indeed forced to drink semen.
It was a sergeant who forced trainees to chug on ejaculate in footage that has won gasps online, navy spokesperson Lt. Gen. Pokkrong Monthatpalin said. The perpetrator, Sgt. Thaksin Ngokpilai, has been reprimanded and suspended from active duty, he added.
He said the incident happened in October at the security department of the Marine Corps HQ, adding that an investigation was launched after the commander learned recruits were guzzling jizz.
Pokkrong vowed that Thaksin would be subject to full disciplinary measures if found guilty.
He also expressed contrition to those affected, reiterating that there is a strict policy against using violence or punishment that violates cadets’ rights.
The armed services have a history of hazing and abusing recruits and cadets, sometimes with fatal consequences.
