A Chiang Mai student filed a complaint with police Tuesday after someone combined his Facebook photo with a photo of an anonymous penis and posted it on Twitter.
Pongsathorn Kongka, 24, believes the person who tweeted the photo has an agenda it was probably shared to keep the identity of the person whose dick it is a secret.
After all, Twitter will show you a dick pic no matter which keyword you type in.
He said his profile photo, fully clothed, was taken many years ago, and someone stole it from his Facebook.
Police will track down the person who made and posted the photo and they warned citizens that sharing obscene photos online is illegal, Manager reported.
