It was busy, sweaty work Sunday as diligent public servants searched for sex toys at a cave shrine on Koh Krabi.
Officials searched Phra Nang Cave for adult toys mixed in with the wooden penis amulets left as offerings at a shrine there after a photo of one spread online.
For their efforts, officers with the Noppharat Thara National Park and beach guards left the cave with one silicone sex toy after the search. They assumed it might have been left there by a tourist who just saw a lot of dicks and didn’t know better.
Actually they probably knew exactly what they were doing.
The Phra Nang cave is shrine to a sea goddess worshipped by fishermen who traditionally offer a Palad Khik or a phallic-shaped, wooden amulet to the shrine to help with fertility and their success in fishing, INN News reported.
