A woman was caught on tape Monday night slapping an employee at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport after she struggled to find the parking lot’s exit.

A woman slapped an airport parking lot attendant last night after she had a hard time finding an exit from a parking lot at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport, according to police.

The 25-year-old woman, identified publicly only as Tharatip, was charged with assault and fined THB2,000 after she slapped the employee at around 11pm, according to Lt. Col. Kaweerattana Bangkhomtham of the Suvarnabhumi Airport Police Station.

Tharatip told police that she drove around the airport’s parking lot several times but still couldn’t find an exit. When she asked the employee who responded that she should read the signs, she became angry.

Tharatip later apologized to the airport staff at the police station.
