Police in Udon Thani are searching for a man who is accused of raping his neighbor while her husband was away serving jail time. The victim claims that she was punched in the stomach and then assaulted, the attacker later fled the scene leaving behind a dirty condom and THB500.
The victim confessed that she had trusted her neighbor and that he frequently visited her house. She said she never imagined that confiding her recent loneliness and financial struggles to him since her husband’s absence would lead to such violence.
The woman will seek legal action against her assailant, Khaosod reported.
