Yesterday, Chompoonut Rujiralawan, 25, was arrested on charges of theft after she allegedly stole two Hermes bags, each worth THB400,000, from a luxury store in Thong Lor.
Siratcha Pattarasophachai, the owner of Brand Name Society on Soi Thong Lor 15, told police that Chompoonut had swapped two bags in her shop with knockoffs.
Chompoonut had a record of similar offences in the Aree area, where she filched bags, worth a total THB700,000. Chompoonut will face charges related to theft, INN reported.
