It’s Saturday morning, and the urge hits you to suck the flesh from some crab legs while checking out new fashion designs and listening to music. All the while, chasing a hangover away with the hair of the dog that bit you. For once, W Bangkok is set to satisfy those needs with its debut “What’s New/Next 2014” brunch fashion party on Saturday.
From 12:30pm to 4:30pm, the hotel chefs will serve up such delicacies as “Air Dried Counter with Foie Gras & Black Truffle Terrine,” iced seafood with King Crab legs and queen scallops, roasted beef rib-eye and poached lobster tart, with plenty of fresh juice and booze on hand.
This much late morning indulgence doesn’t come cheap: food and everything but alcohol is THB2,200, while THB2,800 will also get you into the liquor, beer and champagne.
