An esteemed private school on Sathon Road reopened today after closing four days to solve an explosive outburst of diarrhea which affected nearly 1,000 students and teachers.
Underground water tanks were relocated and the school’s pipes scrubbed after those of 846 students and 70 teachers became infected with noro and rota viruses, causing stomach cramps and nausea.
The 16-year-old school will be monitored by health officials for two weeks, Bangkok Post reported.
