One Thai monk didn’t care at all as he refused to stop despite sirens wailing behind him. A video clip from this morning showed a monk outrunning a cop car in a high-speed motorcycle chase that went viral on Thai social media today.
In the clip, the cop shouted at the monk to stop, calling him “luang por,” a term used to address to a senior monk.
There’s no details about where the video was taken or why the monk was making a run for it, but it’s fair to say the dude was acting sketchy as hell.
Local media dubbed this religious man “flying robe” due to the way his holy garments flapped as he outran the police.
