If a scrawny flower-selling youth ever taps on your car’s window and orders you to get the hell out, we suggest taking the advice.
A man and his son did just that to narrowly escape flaming death.
In a video posted to YouTube on Sunday of a car fully engulfed in flame, user Papinwich Srisuan wrote:
“While stuck in a red light, a flower garland trader told the driver that the car’s gas tank caught on fire, so the driver and his son immediately got out just before the flame spread throughout the entire vehicle.”
Another thing we can learn from this video is that handheld fire extinguishers are not particularly effective against fully blown car fires.
The incident happened on Highway 344 (Bypass) in Chonburi province.
