The boys at Vice have rolled a trailer for “Farang,” a documentary about U.S. chef Andy Ricker and his love affair with northern Thai cuisine.
Far from his days backpacking in Thailand during the 1980s, Ricker now owns six Thai restaurants from Oregon to New York which serve some of the most authentic Thai eats found in the United States.
