The numbers are painting a rosy picture for the 2013 performance of Thailand’s airports.
According a press release from the Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (let’s just stick with AOT, shall we?), traffic to Thailand’s airports has increased 19% since last year whereas profits have increased 86.69%, reaching the Olympian heights of THB7.9 billion.
If these trends continue, the AOT expects that Thailand’s airports will have served 85 million passengers by year’s end.
