Compiling complaints from drivers made using the 1197 hotline throughout January, Bangkok’s Traffic Control Center today revealed the top 10 roads with the worst traffic problems.
The winning roads were:
1. North Sathon
2. Rama IV
3. Kaset-Nawamin
4. Narathiwat Ratchanakarin
5. Lat Prao
6. South Sathon
7. Charoen Rat
8. Kallaprapruk
9. Krungthonburi
10. Rama III
The hotline handled 20,865 calls in January, double the amount from December as many locals called to inquire about routes to avoid the protests, MThai reported.
