The esteemed attendees of the Asia Pacific Hotel Investment Conference have come to the conclusion that Thailand is the best place in Southeast Asia to park their dough.
According to the Nation, attendees at the conference voted Thailand as the top regional destination for hotel investment. Just what makes Thailand so attractive? Well, a booming tourism industry for one, and strong infrastructure (relatively speaking) for another.
Next to Thailand, the Conference’s attendees ranked Myanmar as their second-most coveted investment destination, followed by Indonesia, Cambodia, the Philippines and Vietnam.
