The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) said it would step up enforcement against cybercrime.
During a recent ceremony the ICT Minister Anudith Nakornthap said cybercrime is a major threat to the nation’s security, society, and economy.
Fifty three percent of online crime is in relation to fraud, according to statistics compiled by the Electronic Transactions Development Agency.
