Thai TikTok has a very hungry furry feline star. A talking one at that.
The latest cute videos feature Duchy the Scottish Fold whose owner shares several viral videos this week displaying her incredible talent – that she can say “I’m hungry” in perfectly fluent Thai.
“Hiw khao”, the fuzzball can be heard meowing in one video that has now over seven million views. Don’t believe it? You be the judge.

The viral video was quickly inundated with numerous comments agreeing that this cat sure knows how to enunciate clearly.
“I don’t believe that other cats can speak, but this one really does. I can clearly hear it,” commented one.
“I would like to ask which farm with talking cats did you buy from ?” inquired another.
The owner continued to upload videos every time Duchy gets hungry, in which she can be heard saying “Hiw khao” (I’m hungry) to “Hiw khao mak (“I’m very hungry”).
