The Thai Red Cross Society revealed today that the organization cannot meet the demand for blood and is urgently in need of donations.
Over 135 hospitals in Bangkok have been requesting as much as 6,000 blood units daily since the beginning of the month. However, the organization can only provide 1,600 – 2,000 units per day to each hospital.
The organization is requesting that locals donate blood at the National Blood Center in Pathumwan district.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 8am to 4:30pm
Tuesdays, Thursdays: 7:30am to 7:30pm
Weekends and public holidays: 8:30am to 3:30pm
