The Thai ladies continued their hot streak at the 17th Asian Women’s Volleyball Championship beating Taiwan 3-0 yesterday to reach the semifinals.
Thailand eased through 25-14, 25-14, 25-23 to reach their fourth consecutive semifinals, where they will play defending champions China.
Thailand’s progression to the final four means they have qualified for next year’s World Grand Prix.
Several players who are nursing injuries should be fit for today’s match including in-form Thatdao Kuekjang and Tapaphaipun Chaisiri, reported the Bangkok Post.
Thailand will face China at 4pm today.
