Thai cave rescue will take 2-3 days to complete: Official

An effort to rescue 12 boys and their football coach trapped in a flooded Thai cave that began on Sunday will take two to three days to complete, one of the operation leaders said.

“The time duration is… about two to three days, which depends on other factors like the weather,” Major General Chalongchai Chaiyakorn, an army commander, told reporters.
