The 42-year-old star of the “Super Midget” comedy team married his 18-year-old girlfriend in a traditional Thai ceremony this morning outside of Bangkok.
The groom, Chaityong Praisonthi, was pulled in a cart by his fellow comedians in his Khan Maak parade at the wedding held in Prathum Thani province. Chaiyong reportedly paid THB100,000 and 30 grams gold for the traditional dowry.
Chaiyong said he met his bride Orapin Oon-gard two years ago at an ordination ceremony. After that they got in touch on Facebook and started dating.
Meanwhile Orapin said she doesn’t mind his height, adding she just appreciates Chaityong’s sincerity and how he takes care of her, Daily News reported.
