Thailand and Australia to face off in crucial match at National Stadium

Thailand’s international mens football side will play Australia tomorrow night Nov. 15 in a World Cup Qualification match at Supachalasai National Stadium near MBK.

The Thai squad seriously needs win against the group leading Socceroos to retain any chance of qualifying for the 2016 World Cup in Brazil. Currently, they’re in third place in Group D with four points behind Australia with nine points and Saudi Arabia with five.

Last time the two squads met in Brisbane in September, Thailand almost pulled off an upset victory and was leading 1-0 for 71 minutes before giving up two late goals.
