Muangthong United stays perfect with win against Songkhla

Muangthong United continued their perfect start to the season beating Songkhla United 3-0 yesterday. The defending TPL champions, who finished last season unbeaten, named Thai superstar striker Teerasil Dangda and midfielder Mario Gjurovsk on the bench.  Muangthong struggled to break down a resolute Songkhla defence during the first half, but Austrian striker Roland Linz broke the deadlock with his first goal for the club in the 51st minute. Dagno Siaka made it 2-0 after 67 minutes and substitute Teerasil sealed the win with the third goal eight minutes from time.

In the other games on Saturday, BEC Tero Sasana beat Bangkok United  3-2 and  TOT SC beat Osotspa M-150 Saraburi 1-0.
