A strange thing is happening at Siam Discovery. Instead of just using the mall as an air-conditioned longcut between MBK Center and other malls, folks are actually stopping there to look and shop at stores they’d hardly noticed before.
What’s responsible for this bizarre phenomenon? Sales, stupid. Well-known athletic brands from Converse, Adidas and Nike, perfumes by Calvin Klein perfume and cosmetics are clearing out at up to 70 percent off while the stuff from Loft is 90 percent off.
The sale started yesterday and ends May 5. After that, Siam Discovery will close for renovation until early next year.
