Bangkok Noi police arrested a 44-year-old man yesterday for serial upskirt video shooting at the Wanglang Market. They found a Fuji compact camera and a Nokia mobile phone in his possession.
Suwit Larbsema, who confessed his crime, told police that he has been filming upskirt videos of good-looking women for over one year in many busy areas across Bangkok. He said that he resorted to these videos since his girlfriend was too busy to have sex with him.
Police found 39 video clips on Suwit’s camera, one of which showed image of legs of famous Channel 3 host Pitchayatan “Bright” Chanput. According to Dailynews, Suwit was fined THB1,000 and later released.
This offense is the second case in five days, after the previous upskirt video shooter was arrested last week.
