Vacharaesorn Vivacharawongse, a son of His Royal Highness King Vajiralongkorn who has been living in New York, reportedly returned to Thailand Sunday night.
A viral video is making the rounds on Thai Twitter in which Vacharaesorn or “Aun”, the second son of Rama X and second wife Sujarinee Vivacharawongse, can be seen greeting people as he arrives in Suvarnabhumi Airport.

No announcement from the Bureau of the Royal Household was made concerning his return.
Vacharaesorn has lived in de facto exile in the United States for several years where he worked as lawyer for Maney Gordon in Tampa, Florida. In 1997, the Thai Embassy notified the United Kingdom, where Vacharaesorn and other family members resided at the time, that their royal status had been revoked.
He has been involved in various royal activities, including education initiatives for Thai students abroad and also established the Thai Heritage Scholarship Fund of New York to support Thai students in New York and strengthen their connections to their homeland.
