We’d like to alert you to this delightful 1989 commercial for a Rangsit apartment building called Flat Pla Tong (Goldfish Flat) that has come to our attention and brightened up our Wednesday.
The ad features big name Thai stars from yesteryear – Note Chuenyim, Don Jamookbarn, Thep Po-ngam, and Noi Po-ngam (the mother of “Only God Forgives” actress Yaya Ying) – playing such ’80s luminaries as Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Madonna, and Tina Turner.
A hat tip to local comedy troupe Fedfe (most famous for their Iron Man 3 parody) for including the commercial on one of their latest Youtube segments.
