In the heart of Bangkok commerce, Ratchaprasong intersection will be getting an extreme makeover by an international cadre of pop artists.
Hunting for treasure of the theme of “Living Art Festival 2014,” which will bring fantasy to this iconic location with all manner of pop-art creations such as “3D” street art murals and “living statue” performers.
Thirty-two artists from around the world and locally will collaborate to make it happen.
The works starts today and will be featured around Gaysorn Shopping Centre, Central World’s outdoor “Groove” area, Platinum Fashion Mall as well as the Ratchaprasong Skywalk from BTS Chit Lom to Pathum Wanaram Temple. The finished project will remain on display from May 8 to June 8.
